RIM finally officially introduced the unit BlackBerry 10 Alpha in the BlackBerry World the first day of the event. The handset has a screen measuring 4.2 inches with a resolution of 1280x768 pixels with no physical keyboard. In it installed 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with microSD expansion slot plus a mini-HDMI port.
No information about the processor used and the type of screen but is expected to at least the ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core or better. What was unique touchscreen keyboard which is owned by a BlackBerry 10 Alpha is a predictive text feature and gesture-based controls. If the word that appears as you wish, the users simply press the word and to swipe the text display field. If not, then the user just simply press the letter key is to bring it up in the area of the screen text.
